What is the credit system and how does it work?
At Willow Flow Studio, classes operate on a credit system:
Special Equipment Classes (Reformer Pilates & Aerial): 3 credits per class
Regular Classes (non-equipment): 2 credits per class
Credits can be purchased in bundles, and each class is deducted based on the number of credits required.
What is the class size?
We prioritize a small, intimate class size to ensure individual attention.
Reformer Pilates: Maximum 7 students
Aerial Yoga : Maximum 8 students
Regular Mat Yoga: Maximum 12 students
Do you offer trial packages or promotions?
Yes! Please refer to our 'Pricing' page for more information.
How can I become a member?
Becoming a member is easy! Simply purchase a class package on our website or Mindbody app. We offer various packages, including single class passes and larger bundles. Additionally, our exclusive Willow Flow Passport membership provides extra perks and benefits.
What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable, fitted activewear that allows freedom of movement. For Reformer Pilates, it’s mandatory to wear anti-slip socks for safety and hygiene purposes.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, we provide all necessary equipment for your classes, including yoga mats, aerial hammocks, and reformer machines. However, you’re welcome to bring your own mat or towel if you prefer. We also have a water dispenser for you to refill your bottle.
What if I’m new to yoga or Pilates?
No problem! Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors are skilled in guiding new students and offering modifications to ensure you feel comfortable.
What happens if I am late?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disrupting other participants. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth start.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?
You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the start time without losing your credits. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the class will result in forfeiting the credits.
Can I book private classes?
Absolutely! Private classes are available for individuals or small groups and can be customized based on your needs and goals. Please contact us directly for more details and pricing.
Do you offer corporate or group packages?
Yes, we offer tailored packages for corporate groups and private events. Whether it's a team-building activity or a special occasion, we can create a customized experience for your group.
Are there changing facilities?
Yes, we have clean and spacious restrooms equipped with cabinets for your convenience.
What safety measures are in place at the studio?
We prioritize your safety and well-being. Our studio is regularly cleaned, and all equipment is sanitized between classes. We also limit class sizes to ensure proper distancing and individual attention.
Can I book the equipment/spaces for self-practice?
Yes! Our yoga mats and equipment are available for booking, subject to availability.
What happens if a class is canceled?
In the rare event of a class cancellation, we will notify you via email or phone, and your credits will be refunded to your account.
Can I attend classes if I have an injury?
If you have an injury, please consult your healthcare provider before attending class. Inform our instructors about your injury so they can provide modifications or suggest alternative exercises to accommodate your needs.
Can I attend Aerial Yoga or Reformer Pilates if I am pregnant?
For safety reasons, we do not recommend Aerial Yoga or Reformer Pilates for pregnant individuals. These activities involve movements and positions that may not be suitable during pregnancy. We advise focusing on classes specifically designed for prenatal care and gentle exercise.
What happens if I have unused credits in my expiring package?
Unused credits from your current package may be rolled over to a subsequent package, provided that the new package is purchased before the expiration of the current package.
Can I extend my package?
We understand that circumstances can arise unexpectedly. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your request for a package extension on a case-by-case basis. Proof of circumstances may be required.
